The BC Contact Centre Association supports more than 1500 British Columbia based contact centres. We offer quality education programs and provide a forum for discussing ideas, trends, innovations, and challenges in the contact centre industry. The 2008 BC CCA Conference and Awards of Excellence will take place November 24 and 25, 2008 at the River Rock Hotel and Casino in Richmond, BC.
