BC Contact Centre Association member-only benefits include front-of-the-line registration for professional development learning events, contact centre tours and networking events.

Members receive the quarterly newsletter, have access to the BC CCA’s on-line library and are kept informed of management-level job opportunities.

  • Contact Centre Member:  $499/year
    For companies that operate a contact centre in BC and want to be actively involved with and support the industry. This membership includes up to three named Individual memberships.  

  • Individual Member:  $149/year
    For individuals directly employed in the contact centre industry (managers, supervisors, agents, support staff)

  • Industry Partner Member:   $499/year
    For companies that provide services/goods to the contact centre industry. This membership includes one named Individual membership.

  • Industry Consultant Member:   $249/year
    For individual consultants who supply services to the contact centre industry. This membership has all of the benefits of Individual membership.
