The BC Contact Centre Association proudly welcomes the CEO of Contact Centre Canada – Donna Miller – to our special April 14th Breakfast Meeting. Donna holds the prestigious role of Chief Executive Officer with Contact Centre Canada, Ottawa Ontario. CCC coordinates the customer contact centre industry’s human resource initiatives through the development and implementation of a national, integrated, long term human resource strategy. Donna provides strategic leadership to ensure the CCC portfolio of programs are relevant and industry endorsed and meeting the needs expressed by contact centre leaders across Canada. This is a great first hand opportunity to engage with a leader in the industry and learn how the economic climate has impacted the contact centre industry across Canada, and what we can do in order to help business’s grow in BC through tough economic times.

Guest Speaker: Donna Miller
Chief Executive Officer, Contact Centre Canada
Before Joining the CCC, Donna has had extensive experience within many industries, such as the Director HR, Canada Executive Team for Assurant Solutions where she managed the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for the organization in Canada. Before that, Donna was the HR executive – Start Up of Thousand Islands Lottery for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, where she was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training 500 employees for start up operations. In between all this, Donna was also a lecturer at Queens University for the Masters in Relations Industry Program.
Donna’s extensive career has been marked by a series of awards and accolades:
- In 1998, Voted “Entrepreneur Women of the Year” award; Judge for a subsequent five years.
- In 1999, Nominated for Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year
- In 2006, received a gold award for Expense Reduction
- In 2006, Received a Platinum Award for Corporate Leadership
