There are approximately 25,000 people employed in the contact centre industry in British Columbia. They work in a variety of industries - banking, insurance, transportation, tourism, technology, and emergency services, to name just a few.

So, what do you need to be successful in this exciting industry? First, you must have a passion for working with people. The listings for front line customer service jobs are available for viewing on the public area of this website. Listings for management or specialized jobs are e-mailed to each of our individual members, as well as being listed in the Members Only section of our website. Jobs are posted for 30 days. Each listing costs $150.00 plus taxes.
