Sandra recently joined the Board of the BC Contact Centre Association. She has worked for ICBC for 20 years in a variety of roles, the past 7 of which have been in the Telephone Claims Department. She has experience both in operations and in managing the call centre. Telephone Claims is known by the public as Dial-a-Claim and services ICBC customers reporting new claims from across the province and throughout North America. The call centre is staffed primarily by Telephone Claims Adjusters who adjust material damage losses and handle customer and vendor inquiries. Telephone Claims is open 7-days a week, 365-days a year.
ICBC has been providing vehicle insurance services in British Columbia for over 30 years and employs over 600 people in their call centres to provide customers with choice and excellence in insurance, licensing, and claims services.
