Jean Mitchell
Manager, Industry Training & Call Centre of Excellence® British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) www.cce.bcit.ca.

Jean has been a member of the Board of the BC CCA for six years and is Past President of the Association. At BCIT, Jean acts as Manager of Industry Training, Manager of the Call Centre of Excellence®, and coordinator of the Call Centre Advisory Committee. In her role as a consultant and certified trainer/instructor, she has designed and delivered training to many small, medium, and large businesses, as well as Government services across Canada and internationally (India and the US).

The Call Centre of Excellence® delivers Call Centre Agent and Management Training and provides customized training programs for corporate industry clients. Under Jean's leadership, the Call Centre of Excellence® has been awarded the prestigious award for "Excellence in Partnership" with the BC CCA Gala in 2000 and 2002.
