The Board consists of individuals who volunteer their time to guide and direct the Association to achieve its vision. Board directors are all members of the Association, and bring their professional skills and diverse interests together for the benefit of the whole industry. The current Board members are:
Recent Transitions:
Richard Mason, Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee will be retiring from the Board to focus on his business, Starfish Channel Builders. The Board thanks Richard for the tremendous support that he has provided to both the Board and to the Association at large through both his guidance and continuing sponsorship.
Bryan Ting, Membership Committee will also be stepping down from this role. Bryan has done a great job in assisting with our membership reconciliation efforts as we have transitioned both our web sites and supporting systems. Thank you very much Bryan!
Joining our Board this year is Catherine Robertson, of Robertson Telecom. Catherine is a very familiar presence in our industry, having provided professional support for many of our member organizations. She brings a wealth of experience and will be serving our Association in the capacity of VP Finance.
I would also like to welcome our two new committee members. Jimmy Uggal of TELUS, will be joining the Communications Committee and Leigh Adler of 1-800-GOT-JUNK will be supporting the Events Committee.

The Board is organized into committees that take on specific functions for the Association. Each committee is chaired by a director, and typically has 3 – 5 members. If you’re interested in volunteering, why not contact us and see if there’s a role for you?
The Finance Committee is responsible for the fiscal health of the Association. It maintains proper financial control though budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting. The Finance Committee produces the annual financial statements and makes the required government submissions. Chair: Catherine Robertson
The Marketing and Communications Committee provides advice to and assists the Association with marketing and communication to achieve the Board’s vision. Chair: Sandra Brunsch; Co-Chair: Jim Moore
The Government and Community Relations Committee provides advice to the Board on the how best to work within the contact centre community and to act as a link with all levels of Government (local, regional and provincial). Chair: Ian Davis
The Events Committee organizes association events, including the annual Gala and Conference. The current members of the Events Committee: Chair: Patrick Louis; Committee members: Kristina Hleb, Nathalia Theyer-McComb, and Leigh Adler
The Sponsorship Committee provides opportunities for corporations to sponsor the activities of the Association. We offer excellent visibility to companies looking to reach the contact centre industry in BC. Chair: Lyle Lee
The Strategic Planning Committee provides advice to the Board on the long-term direction of the Association, and leads strategic projects to achieve the Board’s vision.Chair: Open; Committee members: Ian Davis and Daniel Harvey
