Ms. Lundh's business experience during the past 20+ years has been of broad range and scope and has focused primarily in Call / Contact Centre management and IT/ Systems Development. Working for companies as diverse as Intrawest Corporation (RezRez) and Canadian Airlines International, her understanding of Contact Centre operations, coupled with the technology solutions available to support them, offer a perspective developed through many years of practical experience in a complex industry.
Beverly joined the TELUS Contact Centre Consulting team in March of 2004 in the capacity of Sr. Management Consultant and is now the Practice Leader for Western Canada, supporting clients in everything from strategic planning to more tactical business management practices in the contact centre domain.
An active member of the BC Contact Centre Association since it's inception in 1997, Beverly became a member of the BC CCA Board in 2006 and is the current Chair of the BC CCA..
